What does “inclusive pricing” mean?

Inclusive means that the service charge (20%) and NH State Rooms & Meals Tax (9%) are already included in the price. All of our wedding packages are inclusive, therefore if the wedding menu price is $57 and you have 100 guests your menu costs would be $5700.

How long do we have the function room for a wedding reception?

We allow 5 hours total, one hour for cocktails & hors d’oeuvres and a four hour reception.

How many guests fit at the round tables? Do I have to have all tables set with 8 or 10 people?

Your guests tables do not all have to be set for the same number of people. Our standard banquet table is a 66” round which can comfortably seat up to 10 guests. We also have a few tables that are 72” rounds tables that can seat up to 12 guests. Depending on how you have assigned your seating, some tables may have 7, 8, 9, or 10 people at them. At your final detail appointment you will provide your coordinator with a floor plan that shows how many guests are at each numbered table.

How many entrée selections are available to my guests?

Our wedding packages come with 2 primary entrée selections at no additional charge. However, we are happy to accommodate special dietary restrictions.

What children’s meals options are there?

We are happy to provide a children’s meal for your young guest. Children are considered to be under 10 years old. The children’s meal is customized to one selection that all of the little ones will enjoy – generally chicken fingers and fries. Children also enjoy all of the other courses served during your reception.

Are there any bartender and/or bar set up fees?

Bartender service fee of $50.00 (plus tax) per bartender will be waived if bar revenue exceeds $400.00. If you desire cocktail service, please add $50.00 (plus tax) service charge per cocktail server.

Can we bring in our own liquor into function rooms?

New Hampshire liquor laws do not allow for out side alcohol to be brought into our hotel. If you have a special request or a type of liquor you would like please let us know and we will do our best to get it for you.

Do you charge a cake cutting fee?

There is no cake cutting or serving fee for cake brought into the hotel.

What is the ratio of servers to guests?

We staff one server for every 20 guests (approx. 1 server for every 2 tables).

Do I have to use Crowne Plaza vendors only?

You are not obligated to use our vendors. However, the vendors listed on our sheet are people/companies that we have worked with in the past and provide a level of service we believe you deserve.

What is the cost for a vendor meal?

Vendor meals are available at a discounted price and will be served with the main meal only without the hors d’oeuvres. If the client is offering a split menu the vendors will be served the lower priced entree. Vendors are generally served after the guests in another location such as the restaurant or another available function room, unless requested otherwise by the Bride.

Do you provide a picture room?

Yes we do. Our Presidential Parlor located on the 8th floor is reserved for you and your bridal party and immediate family to take photos make memories and indulge in your own cocktail hour with a private server.

Are there outdoor picture locations?

We have a beautiful stone bridge directly in front of our main entrance as well as a Gazebo and Bridge over our pond. You may even have a photo opportunity with our resident ducks.

Can I have an outdoor ceremony at your hotel?

The stone bridge directly in front of our main entrance is a perfect setting to hold your nuptials. This standing room only space is capable of accommodating up to 200 guests.

Do you charge room rental?

We do not charge any type of room rental or premium weekend room fee for any of our wedding receptions.

Do you offer a food tasting?

Yes we do. Once you have a signed contract with us you’ll be sent an invite to our private tasting in early March. This is a wonderful opportunity to sample our wedding menu, meet our sales team, speak with Chef Lytle, tour guestrooms and hospitality suites and meet with all our preferred vendors, all in one afternoon.
