I first met our Wedding Coordinator Kirsten when I was searching for venues for our daughter’s wedding. Jennifer and I preferred the Crowne Plaza to all other venues, and began working with Kirsten on all the particulars. She was helpful beyond measure, always pleasant and quickly responsive to all of our needs. We cannot praise her or the Crowne Plaza staff highly enough, and are grateful for all they did to make Jennifer’s wedding a beautiful & memorable event.

You and your staff ensured that everything ran flawlessly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza the night before and the night of our wedding and it was terrific. We had a large number of out of town family and friends and we were able to get set up with a group rate. The Crowne also helped us coordinate transportation to and from the wedding venue. All of the staff was courteous and professional. The food was good. The room was clean. All around, great experience. The staff at the Crowne Plaza made our wedding experience all that we had hoped for

I was just looking over the pictures from our wedding, and wanted to say thank you again for making everything so perfect, and much more beautiful than my mind’s eye ever dreamed. I have always had an idea in my head as to what my wedding would be, and you made everything so much better than imagined. Our daughter had her wedding reception at the Crowne Plaza for about 200 people. The entire process of working with the staff has been first class from day one. The General Manager and Meetings Director ensured that the day was truly one to be remembered. We have since heard from numerous guests that the reception was the best they had ever attended. Every need was taken care of. This hotel let nothing fall through the cracks. We were truly amazed at how professional the staff, including the servers, bar tenders etc were throughout the entire time. The Windsor Suite, as well as hotel rooms were amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and know that when our other daughter gets married we will be returning. Don’t waste your time looking at other hotels…you’ll end up here.
